The data you provide through the contact form, by telephone, WhatsApp or email: name, email address, telephone number, the home option you are interested in and the content of your message.

• To answer your enquiries and requests for information about our homes.
• To arrange viewings and, where applicable, to manage the pre-contractual and contractual relationship for the purchase.

We do not create profiles or make automated decisions using your data.

4. Legal basis

The consent you give when you submit the form or contact us and, where applicable, the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.

5. Retention

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, thereafter, for the applicable legal periods. If no business relationship is entered into, your data will be deleted within a maximum of one year from the last contact.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Providers of services necessary for the operation of the website and email, such as web hosting, may have access to it as data processors and with the safeguards required by law.
