Who we are
Two companies, one team
Indal Ballana Design was founded by bringing together two well-established local firms: the studio of architect Pedro Navarro Pardo and the construction company Almarba Construcciones.
By combining architecture and construction, every project is designed and built by the same team, from the first drawing to the handover of the keys.
Architecture
Pedro Navarro Pardo
Architecture studio founded in Garrucha in 2000. It designs all types of buildings, as well as interiors and urban development projects, and personally oversees every build, tailoring the design to each client’s needs from the first idea to the last detail.
Construction
Almarba Construcciones
Construction company founded in 2000, with projects in Garrucha, Mojácar, Vera, Villaricos, Águilas and throughout the area. Every job is carried out by its own team: all its professionals are directly employed by the company, ensuring direct control of every stage and the quality of the finishes.
Our track record
Working together from the start
Both companies were founded in 2000 and have worked together since the very beginning. Over the years they have completed numerous projects together, from homes to commercial premises, as well as their first joint development: a detached house in Villaricos.
Right next to it, their second development is now taking shape: Mirador de Villaricos, facing the Mediterranean.
